Tween/Teen Poetry Writing Workshops -- Heather Harrison, Public Services Librarian at Paul Smith’s College, will be offering four Saturday Poetry Writing Workshops, for grades 5 to 7, beginning on February 20, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Saranac Lake Free Library, 109 Main Street. The workshops will continue February 27, March 6, and March 13. There will be a theme for each session and activities for writing and sharing.

CHILDREN’S STORY HOUR PROGRAM -- The children’s Story Hour Program, sponsored by the Saranac Lake Free Library, is presented during the school year on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m., in the Elinor B. Preis Children’s Room of the library, 109 Main Street . The series includes stories, poems and holiday celebrations. All preschoolers are cordially invited to attend. EVENING STORY HOUR PROGRAM – An evening children’s Story Hour Program will be offered on Tuesday, January 26, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Children’s Room of the Saranac Lake Free Library.
